Meizu launches M3 Note, M3S in Nepal

The Chinese handset manufacturer, Meizu has launched M3 Note and M3s smartphones in Nepal. The M3 Note and the M3S is priced at NPR 24,995 (approximately INR 15,624) and NPR 21,495 (approximately INR 13,433) respectively. The Meizu M3 Note was launched in India for INR 9,999 in May this year followed by its launch in China in April earlier this year.

The Meizu M3S smartphone was launched in China in June this year and but has not been launched in India yet. In China, its 2GB RAM variant that has 16 GB internal memory is priced at 699 yuan (approximately INR 7,125) while its 3GB variant with 32 GB internal memory has a price tag of 899 yuan (approximately INR 9,165). The Meizu M3S in Nepal comes only with 3GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory.

These new smartphones are backed by a robust Flyme OS which ensures to fulfil all such expectations of consumers."

The M3 Note comes in Grey, Silver and Gold colour variants. Meizu M3 Note has a metal unibody build and features a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display with pixel density of 403 ppi. It is powered by the Helio P10 (MT6755M) octa core processor, which is paired with Mali T860 GPU, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, and option expand up-to 128GB via microSD.

It also comes with fingerprint scanner that is built into its physical home button which as per company can unlock the phone in 0.2 seconds. The dual SIM Meizu M3 Note has Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and has Flyme OS 5.1 custom user interface on top. The smartphone flaunts a 13-megapixel camera in the rear with dual tone LED flash lights and a 5-megapixel snapper on the front panel. The device is backed up by good 4100mAh battery. On the connectivity front, the smartphone offers 4G/LTE along with VoLTE, WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac), micro-USB port, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS/A-GPS.

Meizu M3S has a unibody metal design and comes in Grey, Silver, Pink and Gold colour variants. It offers a 5-inch display with HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS 2.5D curved glass display. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6750 (4 x 1.5GHz A53 + 4 x 1.0GHz A53) processor and Mali T860 GPU. It has a 128GB expandable memory slot. The smartphone runs on Android Lollipop operating system with FlyMe 5.1 on the top of it and is backed up by a 3,020 mAh battery. There is also fingerprint sensor embedded into the physical home button on the front.

The Meizu M3S flaunts a 13-megapixel shooter on the back with dual-tone LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) that lets you focus in just 0.2 seconds and a 5-megapixel selfie camera. On the connectivity front, the device offers Hybrid Dual SIM, 4G LTE with VoLTE, Bluetooth, GPS, and a micro USB port. The handset measures 141.9 x 69.9 x 8.3 mm and weighs 138 grams.

Oppo R9s, R9s Plus launched with 16MP rear and front cameras Oppo has announced the launch of Oppo R9s and R9s Plus at an event in China yesterday. The Oppo R9s is priced at 2799 Yuan (approximately Rs 27,680) while the R9s Plus comes at 3499 Yuan (approximately Rs 34,590). Both the smartphones have unibody metal design and come in Black, Gold and Rose Gold colour variants. The Oppo R9s will be available in China on October 28 while the Oppo R9s Plus on sale in December.

Now company has launched its new smartphone under its Vivo series, dubbed as Blu Vivo 6. The smartphone is priced at ÂŁ224.23 and is available for pre-order through Amazon UK website. The phone comes in Rose Gold, Silver, and Gold colour options.

Considering that the festive season has just started, Xiaomi could report an even bigger figure in the coming time.
