Oppo A59s launched with 4GB RAM, 16MP front camera

Oppo A59s smartphone, which was found listed on TENAA earlier this month, has been launched in China. The smartphone is priced at Yuan 1999 (approximately Rs 19,867) and comes in Gold and Rose Gold color options.

The Oppo A59s has a metal unibody and a 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display with pixel density of 267ppi. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa-core processor (MediaTek MT6570), which is clubbed with Mali-T860 GPU, and 4GB of RAM. The device carries the 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable up-to 128GB via MicroSD card. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with ColorOS 3.0 UI on top of it. The device also features a fingerprint sensor into the physical home button which as per the company can unlock the device in just 0.22 seconds.

Oppo A59s has a 13-megapixel shooter with LED flash on its back and f/2.0 aperture and an 16-megapixel snapper on its front panel. The handset gets it power from a 3075mAh battery, with VOOC flash charge technology. Besides, the Oppo A59s offers Dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, and a MicroUSB port.
